 1. Booking and Reservations:

• Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or in person at Azure Spa Powai.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

• Late arrivals may lead to a shorter service duration to maintain the next appointment schedule.
   

 3. Health and Wellness:

• Guests should inform the team about any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or concerns before the service begins.

• Expecting guests are advised to consult their physician before booking any spa service.

• Guests with certain medical conditions may be asked to provide medical clearance before receiving selected services.
   

 4. Payment and Gratuity: 

• Payment is due after the service. Azure Spa Powai accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and gift certificates.
   

 5. Spa Facilities: 

• Use of facilities such as the steam area or Jacuzzi may require advance booking or additional charges.

• Guests are requested to maintain a calm atmosphere by limiting mobile phone use and keeping noise levels low.
   

 6. Personal Belongings:

• Azure Spa Powai is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the visit.

• Guests are advised to keep valuables secured in the provided lockers or leave them at home.
   

 7. Age Requirement:

• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be restricted from certain services or facilities.
   

 8. Gift Certificates: 

• Gift certificates may be purchased and redeemed against eligible spa services or products.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   

 9. Feedback and Concerns:
